A Crew That Only Does Egress
Fairfax Egress Window is a basement window company serving Fairfax County, Virginia. We do not do roofing, siding, or full remodels. We do egress: cutting code-sized openings in foundation walls, setting windows that meet the IRC minimums, building window wells with drainage that actually drains, and fitting covers that keep the well safe and clear.
Doing one thing means we have seen every basement in the county — poured walls, block walls, walkout grades, flat lots where the well has to go deep. We know what the code requires for each one, and we know what Fairfax County inspectors look for.
How We Work
Every job starts with a free on-site visit. We measure the room, check the foundation wall from inside and out, look at the grade and drainage, and confirm the opening size the code requires. Then you get a written estimate: window, well, drainage, cover, and the work to put them in. No pressure, no same-day-signing games.
On install day we protect your basement — floors covered, dust contained — cut the opening with concrete saws, set and seal the window, build the well, tie in drainage, and haul every chunk of concrete away. We walk the finished job with you and show you how the window opens and how the cover lifts.
What You Can Count On
We answer the phone. We show up on time. We cut clean and clean up. Our estimates are itemized so you can see exactly what you are paying for. And every window we set is sized to the code minimums — because a window that does not meet code is a window that does not protect anyone.
